Juicebox is our software for visualizing data from Hi-C and other proximity mapping experiments. It allows you to visually navigate the 3D proximity map dataset and explore entire human genomes.

Straw is our fast data extractor for Hi-C files and enables programmatic access to the data in multiple languages.

Google Ngram Viewer

The Google Ngram Viewer was developed by the Aiden Lab in collaboration with the Google Books Team to examine the frequency of words or phrases in books over time. You'll be searching through over 5.2 million books: ~4% of all books ever published!
